Features, Benefits, & ROI with FASS

Increased Service Life of Fuel Injection Components
Removing Air & Vapor will not only reduce “Cavitation” to injection components it will increase lubricity by at least 10%. This increased lubricity can prevent “Galling” and “Scoring” while increasing the fluid damping effect in the cup of the injector as intended. Reducing the potential damage to the injector tips and wear to expensive fuel injection components. Air/vapor exiting the injector has a cutting torch affect on the injector nozzle reducing the atomization over a period which not only reduces life of the injector but reduces performance of the engine.

Increased Fuel Economy
With the longer burn discussed under “Increased Horsepower and Torque” a fuel mileage increase is “AVAILABLE” due to the simple fact there is now a more complete combustion, therefore, needing less fuel to perform the same task.

Increased Life and Decreased Service Intervals of your DPF
Removing the Air & Vapor will restore injection timing thus creating a more complete combustion event, resulting in less soot accumulation in the Diesel Particulate Filter.

Extreme Cold Weather Operation
FASS provides two options for improving Cold Weather Performance. Two Electric Heater Ports and ports to run coolant. These options combined with FASS Mass Flow Return Technology (Fuel Polishing feature) will aid during cold weather starts and help prevent your diesel fuel from gelling.

Increased Horsepower and Torque
Removing Air & Vapor will consistently provide correct injection timing (as designed by the manufacturer in test cell conditions) thus creating a more complete combustion event due to a longer burn producing an increase in horsepower/torque. Fuel injection timing is “Critical” to engine performance!
What is FASS
FASS Diesel Fuel Systems are the #1 Fuel/Air Separation System for fleets & owner-operators worldwide. FASS Diesel Fuel Systems are designed to optimize engine performance–including torque/power, fuel economy, idle quality, throttle response & more.
Have you noticed how much better the engine performs with a full tank of fresh, cool fuel when compared to a 1/4 tank of hot fuel that’s been agitating all day? It goes without saying that a truck full of cool fuel performs better.
By keeping your engine supplied with fresh, polished fuel, your truck stays at peak performance–day in, day out. With a FASS, you can say goodbye to the days of inconsistent performance caused by fuel starvation, air & vapor! Delivering purified fuel without air & vapor not only enhances performance, but also increases the life of the fuel injection system.
