Why every diesel truck needs a

FASS Fuel System:

Believe it or not, increased fuel flow is actually a secondary benefit of FASS Fuel Systems. FASS was founded to eliminate the headaches and expense dirty fuel causes.

Engineered to 3x the life of fuel injection components, FASS Filtration provides:

  • Over 99% Water Removal
  • Air and Vapor Elimination
  • Debris Filtration Down to 2 Microns Absolute
  • Comprehensive Fuel System Protection in the Presence of Heavily Contaminated Fuel

So what does that actually mean for truck owners? Taking fuel filtration to this level has many benefits, including:

  • 3x Injection System Life
  • Restored Horsepower
  • Optimized MPG (results will vary)
  • Sharper Throttle Response
  • Reduced Soot/Smoke Output
  • And More!

Ok, so which fuel system

do I need for my truck?

Selecting a FASS Fuel System for your Cummins, Duramax, or Powerstroke-powered truck is easier than you might think.

For diesel pickups, we offer both Titanium Signature and Drop-In Series Fuel Systems. Titanium Signature Series Systems are a complete fuel system replacement—while our Drop-In Series Systems utilize the OEM fuel pump for fuel flow.

Both options provide full FASS filtration, giving you all the benefits mentioned above.

If your truck is newer and stock or near-stock, our Drop-in Series Fuel Systems are a fantastic option. Affordable and easy to install, Drop-In Kits can be bolted-in right in your driveway.

If you want to upgrade your fuel system completely, our Titanium Signature Series Fuel Systems are the #1 choice on the market. We have kits readily available for bone-stock, lightly modified, and heavily modified diesels.

We’re here to help.

Whether your truck is fresh off the dealer lot or a dedicated drag racing machine, we make a fuel system kit that’s perfect for your rig. If you have any questions, contact us today!

Which FASS Fuel System do you need for your 6.7 Powerstroke? Compare the Drop-In Series, Titanium Signature Series, PLUS, and No-Drop options in this quick article!

The 6.4L Powerstroke (2008–2010) is a strong, powerful diesel platform—but like all high-pressure common-rail engines, it depends heavily on clean, consistent, air-free fuel to stay reliable. Injectors and fuel system components on the 6.4 Powerstroke are especially sensitive to contamination, making fuel filtration one of the smartest upgrades you can make. FASS Diesel Fuel Systems offers several proven options for the 6.4 Powerstroke , including the Titanium Signature Series, No-Drop, and PLUS variants. This guide will help you quickly understand the differences and choose the right setup for your truck. Choosing the Right Flow Rate (GPH) Choosing the right Gallon-Per-Hour (GPH) or flow rate for your 6.4 Powerstroke's fuel system is a crucial but easy step. The more power your truck makes, the higher GPH system (more fuel) you'll need. Here at FASS, GPH ratings for our 6.4 Powerstroke Fuel Systems break down like this: Stock to 600hp: 100GPH 600hp to 1,000hp: 165GPH 900hp to 1,200hp: 250GPH 1,200hp to 1,500hp: 290GPH To select the right GPH FASS Fuel System, simply choose the GPH that's rated for the horsepower your truck makes. Please note: If you have performance modifications planned, you can absolutely install a higher-flow (more GPH) FASS Fuel System than you currently need. It will not hurt anything. However, you may notice increased fuel pump noise; due to the higher volume of fuel being moved.
